Why This Identity Exists

Growing up, I was scared of heights — but I still completed four skydives in four different years. Not for adrenaline. Not for attention. But because I wanted to support four different charities.

Most fundraising tools only allow one charity per link. I didn’t want limits. I didn’t want to choose. I didn’t want to say “this cause matters more than that one.”

So instead of one skydive for four charities, I did four skydives — each with its own link, its own year, its own moment.

I didn’t raise huge amounts, but I was noticed.

And that’s when it clicked:

I don’t want five links. I want one identity. One family. One movement. One place where supporters can unite for all UK charities.

To protect the movement and keep supporters unified nationally, all supporters must follow these rules:

2. Optional Cause Strands

Depending on the charity you support, you may also include: • #SupportUKtoday • #NoMeNoTree • #JustForMeAndMyDog

3. Platform Freedom

You may use any fundraising platform you prefer. S’port Me Today is the identity layer — not a fundraising platform.

4. Logo Use

You may use the S’port Me Today logo on:
• clothing
• posters
• fundraising pages
• social media
• events
• awareness tables

Do not alter the logo. Always include #SportMeToday when using it.

Using the Identity Independently (Outside SupportUKtoday)

If you use the S’port Me Today identity in activities not organised or managed by SupportUKtoday, this is classed as Independent Use.

Independent Use includes:

External Platforms

Fundraising or event platforms not operated by SupportUKtoday.

Independent Events

Events not assigned to a strand, such as Park Runs, personal challenges, sponsored activities, or community events.

Independent Fundraising

Raising money for charities not registered with SupportUKtoday or not aligned with movement principles.

These activities cannot be monitored or verified by SupportUKtoday.

Identity Registration Fee (£10)

A £10 identity registration fee applies to all Independent Use.

This fee is not a charity donation. It protects the identity and ensures supporters using the identity outside SupportUKtoday are properly recorded.
