Shipping is free on all orders over £30, including the donation portion of your purchase.

Standard Shipping

For orders under £30, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Delivery Times

• UK deliveries: 3–7 business days

• International deliveries: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal demand.

4. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking link once your item has been dispatched.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, email us at Bash@supportuktoday.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
